Revisions & Changes
Revisions are allowed based on the selected package. Additional changes outside the scope will incur extra charges.

Termination
Either party can terminate services with prior notice. Payments made before termination are non-refundable after the design process begins.

Intellectual Property
Designs created by Monster Ocean are our intellectual property until full payment is received.
