Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available before the design work begins. Once the project is started, no refunds will be provided due to the time and effort invested.

Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled before it begins, a full refund will be issued. Once the work starts, refunds are not possible, as custom services are non-returnable.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, if services delivered are significantly different from what was agreed, we may offer partial refunds after a thorough review of the situation.
